Waiver

We are a fully insured facility.

Due to insurance requirements we request that a Release of Liability Waiver Form be filled out and signed by every participant or parent/guardian for any climbers under the age of 16.

We currently carry $2 million liability insurance coverage. Proof of insurance can be sent upon request.
